Positive Intent

When the caller replies to the automated SMS message with positive intent, we will send them your calendar link to schedule a service. Scheduling conflicts will be checked with your other calendars so you won't be double-booked.
When a service is scheduled, we will send them a series of emails or SMS messages (or both) so they don't forget to show up.
After service completion, an automatic review request will be sent to your satisfied client, You can give them a "heads up" during your appointment. This will contribute to your awesome online reputation. You will also be able to respond to reviews posted on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
